Level 1 - Myofascial Foundation

Summary

The Level 1 - Myofascial Foundation is our flexible introduction to the world of bodywork from a Rolfing perspective.

The courses build on each other, therefore we recommend that you can attend the first three courses, Movement 1, Anatomy 1 and Touch 1 for a 'taster'.

The Movement courses of Level 1 can be visited in order 1-2-3 or 2-1-3.
The Anatomy courses of Level 1 can be visited free of order.
The Touch courses of Level 1 need to be taken in order given: 1-2-3.

All nine courses are compulsory if you are aiming for either the Myofascial Foundation Certificate and / or to process into Level 2 and Level 3 of the Rolfing Training.

You can switch between languages and courses offered to keep the order.

We also recommend that you have experienced at least one to three Rolfing sessions before starting Level 1.
Self-experience of Rolfing is an essential foundation of the training and serves to deepen your understanding of what you have learned.
You will also need the Rolfing 10-session series as experience to enter Level 2.

You'll gain a solid understanding of myofascial bodywork and movement principles.
Explore the curriculum through three core topics Movement, Anatomy and Touch.

This page explains who the workshops are for, what you'll learn.
