At vero eos et accusam et justo duo dolores et ea rebum. Stet clita kasd gubergren, no sea takimata sanctus est Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet. Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet.In this 20-minute movement session, we explore the sacrum as the living foundation of a balanced posture. Through gentle, mindful movements inspired by the Rolfing perspective, we invite greater mobility, space, and support into the pelvis and lower back. Discover how a responsive sacrum can bring both ease and stability to the whole body.

A short movement session exploring the area of the ankle and how it influcences the organisation of everything above it.

If you can find dynamic stability and freedom in this joint your whole body will thank you for it.

You will need a yoga block or similar sized object (like a large book) and some kind of belt or elastic strap would also be helpful.

A short guided practice inspired by the natural and instinctive way the body stretches. Together, we'll explore spontaneous and intuitive movements the body has known since we were born, gently awakening the body, supporting regulation and ease, and stepping into the day with more presence and energy. A yoga mat or a comfortable surface on the floor is recommended.
